workshops:
We are not able to offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows. In lieu of a refund, you can transfer your spot to someone else. We can transfer tickets up until the day before the event.
To do this, please email lumbreceramics@gmail.com with the subject line “Ticket Transfer: [Name of Workshop].” Please write to us using the same email address that was provided at registration, and include the full name & email address of the person who you would like to transfer your ticket to. We’ll take it from there!
Private workshops/parties:
if you booked a private event, We can refund your deposit if the class is at least 14 days away.

We use a sliding scale model which means that you pay based on your financial resources. There is no need to show proof, its based on an honor system.
Questions to ask yourself to help determine your payment tier are:
can I meet all my basic needs?
do I have stable employment and healthcare?
Did I have access to higher education?
Do I have a savings account?
do I have a retirement account?
Am I able to take yearly vacations?
do I have financial family support?
do I pay full price for other services?
